Updating Existing Product Details

Individual Product Updates

To update an existing product in your RetailX account, first click on "Your Products" in the navigation. (1)


Once you see the list of all the products that have been added, find the row for the relevant product, (1) and click the block that contains the information you want to change, whether it's the name, SKU, brand, etc.


A text box will open letting you change the relevant information, (2) and you can either input text where appropriate, or select from a drop-down menu. (3)




Once you updated the information, click the blue check-mark to confirm, or the X if you change your mind. (4)


Bulk Product Update


You can also bulk update your products, by using the product export function, editing the CSV, and then re-uploading it the same way you would add bulk products via upload.


Select the products you would like to export for update, (1) or use the "Select All" option (2) to select all products.


Click on the "Export Products" button (3) to open a save dialogue and save the product csv.



Once you have edited the csv file, you can save it and upload it via the bulk upload interface as described in the bulk upload tutorial.
