Finding Your Account Settings

To access your account settings, hover over your company name in the top right (1), and click on "Settings" (2).




Setting Up Daily Alerts


Your daily alerts can be sent to multiple recipients.  To specify alert recipients, follow these steps from the "Settings" page for each of the available alert categories:


  1. Click on the "Name" field.
  2. In the pop-up, enter the first names of the recipients, separated by a comma.
  3. Click on the blue tick to save the recipient names.


  4. Click on the "Email" field.
  5. In the pop-up, enter the email addresses of the recipients, separated by a comma.
  6. Click on the blue tick to save the recipient emails.


Alert Options

Email alerts are available for:

  • Daily Prices
  • Daily Product Promotions
  • Daily Stock Notifications
  • Daily Cost Prices
  • Daily Minimum Retail Prices
  • Daily Broken Pages
  • Daily Competitors Out Of Stock
  • Weekly Competitors With No Products Reminder

All "Broken Pages" are automatically paused and removed from pages / reports / etc. after 5 days by default. 


Removed pages, and Automatically Paused pages are deleted after 30 days by default. The number of days can all be adjusted here:

Click on the field to change the number of days in each case:

  1. Days after which to automatically pause tracking on broken pages.
  2. Days after which to delete products which have been removed.
  3. Days after which delete products which have been automatically paused.





Competitor Ordering


Specify the order in which competitor data is shown.  Your own data is always shown in the top row, followed by competitor data in the order specified in these settings. This page allows you to:


  1. Change the display name of a competitor. (Click on the field, enter the new display name, and click the tick mark.)
  2. Change the order in which the competitors data is shown. Click on the field and type in the new display order. (2 will show this competitor second, 3 will show them third, etc.) Click on the tick mark to save.
  3. Request a new competitor. (Click on the "Request a new competitor" button.)
